  • How is online coaching effective?
    It is effective through means of accountability and having it at the moment that you need it. Helping with food choices, exercise plans, and navigating your way to a healthier life. You will have someone with you during your journey every step of the way, guiding you and celebrating your victories with you.
  • How will my program be delivered?
    Your program will be delivered via either a fitness app or a word document. Whichever is easier to navigate. Both will help achieve the results you are looking for.
  • Is this for me?
    The short answer is YES. While everyone’s coaching experience may be different, everyone could benefit from a coach of some kind.
  • What makes this program different from others?
    I will meet you where you are at. Meaning we will have an extensive conversation about where you are in life and the level of changes you are willing to make and we will work together to get you where you want to be.
  • How soon can I expect results?
    Everyone’s experience is different. No two people have had the same exact coaching experience as far as time frames. It will vary depending on where the starting line is but staying committed to what you will learn and being dedicated to the program and it will not be long before you begin to see what you are looking for.
  • Can I do workouts from home?
    Absolutely! There are workouts designed for at home only, bands, body weight, gym, anywhere you can think of. With equipment or non.
  • Do I need equipment?
    No you do not. Some equipment pieces are extremely beneficial but you do not need them to achieve results.
  • Is there a meal plan or just macros?
    I can provide plenty of options as far as meals go or suggestions for a meal plan, but I will not design a specific meal plan. We will discuss body composition, metabolism, and your daily macros and calories.
  • What diet do I need to follow?
    There is no specific diet to follow. We will discuss options to have and I will teach you to just be mindful of the decisions that are made.
  • Can I do this with an injury?
    Yes and no. I can still coach you with nutrition choices and help you get results and modify a training program with an injury. As long as you are medically cleared by a doctor to exercise, we can get after it.
  • Do I need to cut carbs or sugar?
    Yes and no. While it will be easier to get faster results by cutting out added sugars and not overdoing it on the carbs, we will talk about certain options to satisfy the cravings for certain foods.
  • What is the commitment level?
    This will be a program where I cannot and will not just take anyone. There does have to be a level of commitment. Willingness to listen and give the journey an honest try. We do not want anyone’s time wasted.
